Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP welcomes Stephanie L. Goldstein to the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Trust & Estate Litigation and Elder Law Litigation practice groups as an Associate.
Stephanie’s practice focuses on estate and trust ligation, probate matters and estate administration, as well as complex elder law litigation, including Mental Hygiene Law Article 81 and SCPA 17-A guardianship matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie engaged in defense litigation where she practiced in all New York Courts, including Supreme and Appellate Courts.
