Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP is proud to have secured a significant victory in the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division – Second Department. Culminating a near seven year legal battle, Meltzer Lippe’s labor and employment group obtained a decision dismissing a class action case in its entirety. The decision will have a significant impact on the New York hospitality industry and, in particular, hotels that engage with staffing agencies in connection with banquet events.
