Real Estate partners Gary M. Meltzer and Esta Algava-Czik were part of the team representing the tenant in connection with the lease of The Drama Book Shop. The parties backing the tenant are the writers and producers of the hit Broadway show Hamilton.
The space will be the new Broadway destination spot opening just in time for the re-opening of the Broadway theaters after the pandemic.
