Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP welcomes Mark Mustian to the firm’s Environmental practice group as Counsel. Mark has over 30 years of experience in handling environmental issues, both as an attorney and as a practicing engineer. Mark has experience in all aspects of environmental compliance, in all media, from permitting to emergency response to litigation to environmental due diligence on the purchase and sale of properties and industrial manufacturing facilities. Mark has represented clients in federal and state court for litigation on issues under the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, CERCLA and state waste laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark was Environmental Counsel for United States Steel Corporation. Mark was also an associate at Reed Smith LLP and K&L Gates LLP. In his previous career, Mark worked as engineer and consultant and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
