On Thursday October 24,  2019, at the invitation of KZ Wealth Management, our attorneys Michael Masri, Mauro Viskovic and Andrew Baron presented a CPE seminar entitled Prudent Business Advice For Start Ups, identifying easily avoidable obstacles that could derail a successful business. Michael Masri presented on retaining talented employees, ensuring loyalty, protecting trade secrets, avoiding wage/hour pitfalls and other employment matters. Mauro Viskovic advised on sound organizational planning to avoid conflict and establishing how to ensure future funding. Andrew Baron spoke on unique tax planning opportunities and protecting wealth. Approximately thirty senior level accountants participated in the novel and valuable presentation and thought provoking Q & A session.
