Robert S. Plosky is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Crisis Management, Investigations & Constitutional Law Practice Groups.
Robert has successfully litigated matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Robert spent more than a decade at a nationally renowned securities and consumer class action law firm in Manhattan. His efforts helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars for aggrieved investors and consumers. Robert then joined a boutique law firm on Long Island, where he counseled businesses in disputes with competitors, employees, and regulators.
After graduating law school, Robert was a law clerk for the twelve Senior Judges of the District of Columbia Superior Court, including the Honorable Eugene N. Hamilton, the former Chief Judge of the Court.
Robert is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Committee. He is also a mentor to local middle school students through the Bar Association’s Student Mentoring Program, and a former volunteer attorney in the Association’s Mortgage Foreclosure Assistance Clinic.
Robert lives on Long Island with his wife and two children.
