Nicole Witte is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Nicole has assisted on client matters in several different aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing of properties all throughout the country during her time at Meltzer Lippe. 

During law school, Nicole worked part time with the New York State Department of Health assisting in reviewing and securing contract awards for health care facilities throughout the state. Nicole also served as a Research Assistant to her Business Organizations professor.

Nicole was a judicial intern under the Honorable Richard M. Berman in the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York. Nicole spent the summer after her second year of law school as a summer associate for Meltzer Lippe.

Nicole received her J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School, and her B.A. from SUNY Geneseo.

Nicole grew up in Merrick, NY and enjoys running and reading James Patterson in her free time.
