Bio

Mark Radi is Counsel to the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mark is an experienced litigator who has successfully defended clients in a variety of complex federal and state court civil rights and employment actions, including employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, FLSA, and contract claims. Mark also defends employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and other federal, state, and local administrative agencies. Mark regularly counsels clients on employment issues and assists in drafting policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law. He has conducted internal workplace investigations and represented clients in arbitrations and mediations.

Mark graduated magna cum laude from Western New England College with a degree in Sports Management; he earned JD and MBA degrees from Hofstra University. Mark was an associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review and a member of the Moot Court team.

Mark is admitted to practice law in New York State and all New York federal district courts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading fiction and watching the New York Islanders.
