Caitlin N. Hopkins
Caitlin Hopkins is an associate in Meltzer Lippe’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Caitlin represents management in an array matters including employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation, as well as traditional labor and employment law matters. Caitlin has conducted significant research for the Firm relative to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law, Federal Rule 23 class action litigation, and complex federal and state class action settlements.
Caitlin earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.A. in Psychology and Intelligence and Security Studies from Franklin Pierce University where she was a member of their Women’s Basketball Team. During law school, Caitlin was an intern at the Division of Human Rights and a summer associate/law clerk at Meltzer Lippe. Caitlin is currently admitted to practice in the State of New York and pending admission in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys traveling to places such as Hawaii and France and spending time with friends and family beaching and boating.
