Andrew J. DiCioccio
Andrew is an associate with Meltzer Lippe’s Labor & Employment Practice Group where he represents employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Andrew worked in labor relations at the Long Island Rail Road where he was responsible for drafting disciplinary charges and settlements against Union-represented employees and responding to Union claims and grievances. Previously, Andrew served as Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Babylon.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 2011 where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team, and earned his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2014 where he was an editor for the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce.
