The United States Supreme Court to decide whether federal Civil Rights Law will protect LGBT workers from workplace discrimination

The United States Supreme Court has announced it will decide whether the federal civil rights law protects gay, lesbian, and transgender workers from workplace discrimination in forthcoming cases. We can expect a decision next year in June 2020, coinciding with LGBT Pride month.
