Mark E. Wilensky, ABA Tax Section Sales, Exchange and Basis Committee Chair, will lead a discussion concerning the Supreme Court’s recognition of same-sex marriage and how it may change the way same sex couples treat property transactions by sweeping them into previously inapplicable related party rules under the Internal Revenue Code.
