Mark counsels various clients in the construction industry, including subcontractors, general contractors, material suppliers, and owners, on issues ranging from contract review to lien actions.
Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Mark worked as an Associate with a national appellate counsel, as well as in the legal department of a corporation that markets and distributes vehicles to military personnel in the United States and internationally. During law school, Mark interned with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York and was a Summer Intern with The NASDAQ-OMX Group, Inc.
Mark received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned Dean’s List Business Law Honors and served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the American College of Trust and Estate (ACTEC) Law Journal. Mark earned his B.A. in Political Science and History and Minor in Economics from The Ohio State University.
Mark was also a professional actor and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He most notably played the role of “Young Tony Soprano” in HBO’s The Sopranos, “Daniel Lowry” in the 1994 remake of Miracle on 34th Street, and also appeared in various sketches for Saturday Night Live and the Conan O’Brien Show, among others. In his spare time Mark enjoys golf.
